Welcome to my classes! I hope that this year will be enlightening and informative. Even if you do not "like" history, I hope you can find something to interest you. Remember, what I told you on the first day of class... history does not have to be boring. "History is furious debate informed by evidence and reason" (~ James Loewen). Interpretations of history can change. And history affects who we are by explaining how we got to where we are today. Remember to learn from the past, to live in the present, and to plan for the future.
